We are looking forward to our 38th Family Reunion. We would like to thank Granny, Aunt LaVerne, Aunt Dee and Uncle Kenny for starting this wonderful annual reunion. We hope that they are excited to know we are continuing the tradition with all of them on our minds and in our hearts!! We are part of something great every time we get together and make more memories!!
 
FEE STRUCTURE
ADULTS:                                  $85     Any married person, person living on his/her own, or anyone over 24 years of age.
FIRST CHILD/NO PARENT:    $85     The first child represents the parent and pays the fee.  Any additional children are free.
GUEST:                                     $85     Any guest regardless of age.
LODGE USE FEE:                     $25   Any Adult not staying in the Lodge.  Those who are staying in Cabins/Suites.
COLLEGE STUDENTS:             $25   A college student is anyone supported entirely by their parents and under 24.
CHILDREN:                                $0        A Child is anyone through the summer they graduate high school.

LODGE
Rooms will be assigned as money is received. So get your money in early!!! 
REMINDER…There are no guarantees of private rooms for children. Please bring tents, sleeping bags, etc. in case the children don’t get separate rooms.
 
SUITES
All Suites are reserved:
Suite A (Laura)/B(Brock)/C(Lance)/D(Mackenzie) - Fee $98/night(with tax) x 3 nights=$294 + $50 (2xLodge Use Fee) = $344
Suite E: Granny & Aunt Dee - Free

CABINS
If you have a cabin reserved please call the lodge  and make sure they have your credit card on file holding your cabin.
Many families may begin leaving Sunday.  You may move into an empty lodge room if any are available Sunday.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING/PAYING FOR YOUR OWN CABIN ARRANGEMENTS DIRECTLY.
IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED IN A CABIN, LET US KNOW, SO WE CAN LET YOU KNOW IF ONE OPENS UP.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR CABIN AT THE LAST MINUTE, LET US KNOW, SO WE CAN INFORM SOMEONE WHO MAY WANT IT.
Each adult will be charged a $ 25 family room usage fee.   This is the only amount you need to pay to the reunion.

COMMUNITY TABLE
The community table will be set up for those who want to share goodies.
Remember to bring your own plates, forks, napkins and cups in case the reunion supply finally runs out.

PAY TO PASS ON THE AUCTION 
Some of us can't attend every year, but would like to the have ability to make small donations to the Reunion, so that this tradition can continue well into the future.  We also know the auction isn't for everyone.  Thus, we would like to open up the option for people to donate directly to the Reunion in lieu of feeling the need to bid at auction.

Get there as soon as you can! Friday evening/night will be the usual hugs and kisses and mingling. Rooms should be ready by 3:00 PM.

Please contribute to the kid's auction. The kids have a blast and it really helps the reunion!!!
 
8:00 PM    Live/Silent Auction - Auctioneers: 
Please remember that the auction is very important to help fund the reunion every year! We are all very busy, however, let's all make an effort to bring items that are either homemade or well thought out! We have also thought about homemade cakes, pies, etc being auctioned at the beginning of the auction!
 
50/50 Raffle Tickets: 
We will do the 50/50 raffle tickets again. Tickets will be sold on Friday and Saturday. The drawing will be held at the auction with 50% of the pot going to the reunion and 50% going to the winning ticket.
Raffle ticket prices are: $1 for 1 --- $5 for 6 --- $20 for 25
 
9:00 PM    Star Party - Weather Permitting: Coincides with the end of the auction.
Dan will set up either at the circle in front of the lodge or down at the beach.
It will be a moonless night, so please bring flashlights with red cover's if you have them.
It should be really dark, which is great for observing the stars.  We may even see the Milky Way.
We will explore Jupiter/Saturn through binoculars.  Dan will explain the movement of the earth and point out constellations.
Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius will be up, so I'll explain their meanings.
I'll explain how to find the North Star and some other useful patterns.

We will have left over hot dogs and hamburgers. And frito pies!!!
 
5:00 PM    Texas Hold'Em Poker Tournament or Bingo (Whichever strikes our fancy)
For those remaining on Sunday afternoon we would like to try and raise a little more money for the reunion, if needed.

Additional Notes….
Boats are at the expense of those who bring them. Please plan to contribute to the boat slip and gas expense if you hitch a ride!!!
